What is a business activation fee?

It is the fee that is paid when a Preferred Customer becomes an IBO.

How much is the renewal fee and when is it due?

It's $15.00, and it is due on the anniversary date of when you entered the Matrix, not the date that you joined as a Preferred Customer.

Why do we have a renewal fee?

Because it costs us money to process all of the things that we provide for you, i.e. newsletters, Leadership Success Academy, Bonus Calculations, Awards programs, incentives, trips, specials, etc.

Can I adjust the products and amount of my monthly Premium Shipment order?

Yes. Simply go into your back office and make the adjustments there just as you do now.

What is a Premium Shipment order?

This is the order that allows you to meet your minimum requirement necessary to allow the company to pay you a commission. Some companies call it an auto ship, some a forget-me-not, some a just-in-case. We call it a Premium Shipment or a PS order.

If I place orders during the month before my Premium Shipment (PS order) date, will you still send the Premium Shipment order or will my accumulative monthly volume override the Premium Shipment amount?

Your PS shipment will always go out unless you move it to another month, regardless of your volume.

You say no processing fee but you are charging us?

The processing happens when you become a Preferred Customer and there is no fee associated with that. However, when you move into the Matrix, there is a lot of work that has to happen on your account. Not so much the setting up of it, but the monthly calculating of your own volume plus your down line commissions, newsletters, promotions, awards, incentives, etc. all cost. That’s why there is a business activation fee associated with becoming an IBO. Preferred Customers are not eligible for any of those.

Why do we have 3 prices?

People like choices. Some want nothing to do with the business opportunity but want the product while others want the business opportunity and the product. We have made it easy and enticing for all who would like to benefit from the excellence of our premium products and compensation plan.

What do I need to do to guarantee that I can receive my monthly Matrix Commission/Bonus check?

You must meet the requirements. To be paid at the Distributor, you must generate a minimum 40PV order and have sponsored 1 active Preferred Customer or IBO. To be paid as a Manager, you must generate an 80 PV minimum order and have sponsored 2 active Preferred Customers or IBO’s. To receive payment at the Director level, you must generate a minimum 120 PV order and have personally sponsored 4 Preferred Customers or IBO’s.

When I get 4 Preferred Customers or IBO’s, can I re-enroll in my own Matrix?

Yes. You can re-enter back into your own Matrix a maximum of 4 times. You can choose the spot that you would like to be re-enrolled under. You do not change sponsors, nor can you be the sponsor for your newly enrolled position. It is a “mirror” of your original position. Any bonuses that should be paid out are paid to your original sponsor, not to you.
