In the fall of 2008, Roger Ball approached Josh Anderson with the intent of hiring him to head up his newest venture, JD Premium. Now as many of you know, Josh turned him down in that initial meeting because he wasn't willing to give up the large downline he had built in the business. What Roger was offering was essentially a huge pay cut for Josh and his family.
With a little arm twisting, Josh finally agreed to sit down with Roger and the two of them came away with a list of nine items that they both agreed needed to be achieved for JD Premium to become truly successful. At that time, Josh agreed to become CEO of the company with the singular mission of overseeing the completion of these nine critical items.
It has become clear that the accomplishment of these final goals will require substantial change within our organization.
Through Josh's efforts and the hard work of everyone on the management team, the company has grown by leaps and bounds in the past two years. The newest indication of that success is the recently completed website overhaul that has been unveiled to glowing reviews. The completion of that massive undertaking leaves only two items left to cross off the initial list: #8- Form a Board of Directors to lead the company through the next phase of growth and #9- to build JD Premium into a top 100 company.
It has become clear that the accomplishment of these final goals will require substantial change within our organization, so, per their agreement, Josh Anderson will be stepping down as CEO of JD Premium to re-join the field building his downline. He will continue his leadership and commitment to the company with a seat on the newly formed Board of Directors.
Gary Campbell has been appointed as JD Premium's new CEO handling the day-to-day business aspects of the company. Although these are big steps for all of us, we feel this is one of the key events that must happen to ensure future growth and success for the company as a whole. These changes make us stronger and give us a new board filled with a vast array of knowledge and expertise across multiple aspects of the direct sales industry.
So without further ado…we would like to introduce you to the new JD Premium Board of Directors:
Roger Ball
Chairman of the Board
Many of you have had the opportunity to meet Roger and benefit from his wisdom. As the cofounder of Melaleuca and other MLM companies, Roger brings a wealth of experience to our industry. He knows the trends and how to read the signs, what to watch for and how quickly to grow. He provides the wisdom and experience needed to create a 'healthy' company… and provides the "top down" leadership for our company.
Josh Anderson

Who better to represent our IBOs in the field than someone who has been there? Before his stint as CEO, Josh built a huge downline of his own in just six months. Now, with all new business building tools in place, Josh is keeping true to his word – that he would only act as CEO for as long as needed- and is returning to the field to grow his own business. In addition to building his downline, Josh is making himself available to help others in the business grow their organizations. He will still be guiding the growth of the company through his involvement on the Board of Directors.
Zach Davis

Who hasn't benefited from Zach's passion and training over the past couple of years? Zach will also be leaving his day-to-day administration job with the company to do what he loves best…Building a passive residual business to last a lifetime. Zach has also agreed to share his expertise with other IBOs helping with trainings, BBA, etc. while building his own downline organization. The combination of both Josh and Zach on the board will give every IBO a voice in each meeting and help us all grow into the next phase of a truly Premium Company.
Ben Ball
Vice Chairman of the Board
With over 40 years experience working with his father in every aspect of the family businesses, Ben is a natural leader for this board. He has seen the benefits as well as the growth process of the businesses. He understands the dynamics, timing, culture and performance of the field leaders as well as the corporate staff in making a business run. He has the youth, energy and experience necessary to continue the legacy skillfully crafted by his father's leadership of our company.
David Manning
Executive Board Member
David, who also functions as Vice President of Network Development, merged his own successful network marketing company with JD Premium and became an IBO to build his own downline. In David's own words "I am so excited. What an incredible story. I've never seen any company go to this length to ensure the success of the individual IBOs."
Chad Hammond

As a successful owner of his own full-service marketing firm, Chad brings with him a wealth of experience in the industry. He and his team have created hundreds of brochures, ads, radio spots and video presentations for some of the leading companies in our industry. In fact, every major tool that you now enjoy was developed by Chad's business. Not only does he understand the industry, but he also understands our culture and philosophy. It's reflected in the new replicated website, the comp plan videos and Adapt energy stingers. Chad understands the heart and mind of the IBOs and what it takes to help them succeed.
Anthony Webb

There is not a day that goes by or a business transaction performed that you, the IBO's, do not directly benefit from Anthony's expertise. Anthony is a genius when it comes to understanding computer code, marketing and what it takes to transform a complex algorithm into a simple keystroke. Anthony has created complex computer programs for over 20 MLM companies across the country. Every working element of your replicated website and back office are attributed to the genius of Anthony Webb. He certainly understands what it takes to keep complex functions simple and easy to perform.
Gary Campbell

With over 30 years experience in network marketing, Gary has served as a national trainer with several Direct Sales organizations, has created his own product line and enlisted the help of hundreds of independent distributors (people like yourself) to help market it. Gary has experienced what it takes to successfully grow a company and take it international. His leadership will be a critical component in helping JD Premium make that delicate transition in the near future.
